做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
