做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
