做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
