做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
