做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
