做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
