做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
