做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
