做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
