做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
