做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
