做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
