做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
