做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
