做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
