做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
