做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
