做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
