做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
