做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
