做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
