做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
