做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
