做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
