做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
