做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
