做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
