做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
