做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
