做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
