做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
