做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
