当晚,老张跑到(dào )菜市场挑了只新鲜母鸡回家,斩下两只(zhī )鸡腿开(kāi )锅油炸。凭当年(nián )在(zài )部队炊事班做麻油鸡的技(jì )术,他做了一道油卤鸡腿。先用油焖(mèn )两三(sān )分钟,鸡腿(tuǐ )过了油(yóu ),却又不(bú )炸得干巴,保留了鸡肉的鲜嫩,再浇(jiāo )上熬好的芝(zhī )麻粉料,放在盘子里,儿子媳妇闻了都直流口水。孙子放学回(huí )来(lái ),吸着鼻(bí )子直奔餐(cān )桌:“今(jīn )天买肯德基(jī )了?这么香?”三(sān )口两口(kǒu ),连撕带(dài )咬,就把鸡腿全吃完了。
