做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
