做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
