做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
