做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
