做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
