做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
