做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
