做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
