做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
