做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
