做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
