做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
