做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
