做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
