做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
