做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
