做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
